COPPA COMPLIANCE
Today, August 21, 2015, you should have received a form in your child's Friday folder that is being required for all Millard Public Schools students who are under the age of 13. áThis form will ensure that we are abiding by the federal regulations outlined in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). á There is more information in the links below. áThe first link has a link to another copy of the form if you need it, and also a link to a list of digital resources that require COPPA compliance. áThe second link is to a page at the Federal Trade Commission's website that will answer many of the questions that you may have about COPPA compliance.

We celebrated Disability Awareness Day at Rohwer on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. áIt was a fabulous day with many fun and educational activities for our students. áThey get a chance to experience some of the special needs and challenges that many of our students and community members are faced with each and every day. áThe activities help us all to empathize with others, increasing our awareness and sensitivity. áMany people were involved in making this a special day - many thanks to all of you! áThere are more pictures in a slide show to the left.
