Millard thanks the families, staff and community members who have donated generously to the You Give, We Learn Parent Technology Fundraiser!

Platinum Patrons have donated $5,000+.
Silver Patrons have donated $1,000 to $4,999.
Bronze Patrons have donated $100 to $999.
Supporters have donated up to $99.

Every dollar donated by our community for iPad carts with 30 iPads each frees up a dollar that the district can spend on technology in some other capacity. While the drive directly supports iPad carts, it will impact technology across the district. Donations may be made here. To view a list of donors, click here.

We're having more fun with Pet Month in LAUNCH. áWed, Apr 8 we made scarves for our pet friends down at the Humane Society. áMrs. Carson and Miss Jurgens took about 300 scarves down to the Humane Society to dress up the animals there. áWed, Apr 15 we had a guest veterinarian, Dr. Osterholmáspeak to us about the things veterinarians do and how they take care of animals. áShe brought some animal friends for us to meet - Sarissa the snake, Toothless the bearded dragon, Mocha the tarantula, Nine the guinea pig, and Sargeant Walter Prickly Pants the hedgehog. áThere are more pictures in the photo albums to the left.

Wednesday, April 1 was the beginning of our Pet Month in LAUNCH. áWe learned about how to be careful around pets and treat them with respect, and we also had visits from 2 special pet friends - Atticus is Mr.
Wessel's pet friend, and Laci Lou is Mrs. Carson's special pet friend. áWe are collecting pictures of pets - digital pictures, please - to put into a movie to show at the end of April. áPlease send your digital pictures to jepeters@mpsomaha.org. áThanks!
